Masjid Studio

Which nights are still open?

A Ramadan page for your masjid's own site, with a live iftar sponsorship calendar anyone can read at a glance.

One page that holds the whole month

Iftar sponsorship calendar

Three nights from the demo calendar: night 8 open, night 9 sponsored, night 10 partly sponsored.

Every night shows as open, partly sponsored or sponsored, so people can see which nights still need a sponsor without having to ask.

Nightly programs

A board of what's coming up at the masjid. It updates when you forward a flyer.

Volunteer sign-up

Name, phone, the job they want and the nights they can come. You choose the jobs.

I'tikaf registration

Optional. You set the number of places, and the count goes down as people register. For anyone under 18, a parent or guardian fills it in.

Last ten nights giving

A section for the last ten nights that sends people to your own giving page, in your own words.

You send an email. The page changes.

We set up one email address for your masjid. When a family sponsors night 12, someone on your team writes this as the subject:

Night 12 sponsored

Night 14 half

Nights 21-30 open

The calendar changes and you get one reply confirming it. A flyer works the same way: forward it and it goes on the programs board. No logins, no dashboard, nothing to install.

Anything that mentions money, prayer times, or Ramadan and Eid dates waits for a person to check it before it goes up.

This demo is built for a made-up masjid, so nothing on it is real except how it works.

We never touch the money.

Every donate and sponsor button goes to your masjid's own donation page. Masjid Studio never handles donations.

One thing to know: the calendar can't see your donations. A night changes to sponsored when someone at the masjid sends that email.

What stays with the masjid

Religious text
If you want any on the page, you give us the exact words and we paste them unchanged. We don't write, edit or translate it.
Prayer, iftar and suhoor times
They appear only as your own timetable file, linked as you send it.
Start and Eid dates
Your wording, from your masjid. We never work them out for you.
Money decisions
Your price per night, whether families can share a night, and where gifts go.

Sign-ups are kept for the season, then deleted

The volunteer and i'tikaf forms collect names and phone numbers. Your team sees them through a private link and can download the list. Masjid Studio holds them for you for the season only, and they are deleted automatically after.

$249 for the season

One-time. $149 if your masjid is on a Masjid Studio care plan.

The Updates service, which is what makes the flyer forwarding work, is included free through Eid.

Orders close January 15, 2027, so every Hub is ready before Ramadan.

Questions

Will it work with our website?

Yes, whatever it's built on. The Hub is its own page that we host, so you link to it from your site or point an address like ramadan.yourmasjid.org at it. If you don't have a website, it works on its own.

Who updates it?

Whoever you choose. Give us their email addresses and they can mark nights and forward flyers. We build the page and keep it running.

What does the masjid need to provide?

A short form: your price per night, how many nights you're offering, your donation link, your timetable file, your volunteer jobs, and your i'tikaf places if you're offering it. Plus your logo and colors.

What happens after Eid?

The sign-up forms close and the names and numbers are deleted. Free Updates ends at Eid. You can keep it for $29 a month or let it go.

Can someone outside the masjid change a night?

No. A night only changes when the email comes from an address you gave us and passes a check that it really came from there.

Do we have to offer i'tikaf?

No. It's optional. If you leave it out, that section doesn't appear.
